Janine Lake is a Nationally Certified and NH State Licensed Massage Therapist and has been in practice since 2006. She graduated from Concord Health Institute School of Massage, Peterborough, NH in 2006, trained with 992 hours in massage and bodywork. Her massage philosophy incorporates an intuitive, energetic and therapeutic massage experience, treating the body as a whole... body, mind, heart, soul and spirit. Her touch is highly intuitive and each massage session is carefully tailored to meet the clients specific needs. Janine's nurturing and intuitive massage style is mainly focused on allowing her clients to let go through breath and energy work during relaxation or deep tissue massage.

Janine's interest and love of massage began in 2004 after leaving her eight year career as a business manager in the publication industry to care for her third child, Emily born with special needs. Janine has recently been called by a client and friend, "The Caretaker of Souls." Janine lives in Keene, NH. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, the outdoors, long walks, yoga, zumba, meditation, books, all types of music and vacationing in the warmer states..

Janine attributes her greatest accomplishments to her family, her three children, her close friends and her beloved community... They are all the greatest inspiration and gifts in her life!

Zachary Pearo is a Licensed Massage Therapist currently practicing in Keene, New Hampshire. Before arriving to Keene, Zach spent three years training and working in the massage field. He successfully completed an extensive 1,020 hour massage program at the Center for Natural Wellness in Albany, NY. He studied a variety of modalities including, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. Within the last three years he has received his New York State Massage License, National Certification, and most recently his New Hampshire State License. Zach has provided over 2,000 quality massages in his career. Many of them were given in Northern Vermont, where Zach relocated from. He is a true New Englander, spending much of his time outdoors, respecting and appreciating nature and everything it has to offer.

Zach takes the time to listen to each client's specific needs and designs a massage plan best suited for each individual. He will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you receive the work you need. He understands the deep connection between our bodies and our minds. He is sensitive and respectful of everyone he works with. Zach enjoys the satisfaction of releasing a clients tension, helping them relax and find a sense of peace.
